Has partial control over ice and snow -- able to spontaneously create ice, snow, freeze water you get the drift
Her body is the temperature of ice. She is basically immune to cold, but cannot stand heat or fire.
Rules over a kingdom blanketed in perpetual snow and ice, inhabited by winter spirits and fae creatures
Cold, polite and regal but kind and caring, with a soft spot for children. also if you fuck with her subjects she will freeze you solid on the spot son dont mess with her
